Hi there @jpwiggers,
Thanks for reaching out and I apologize for the late response.
You can’t edit WooCommerce emails’ default wording with our editor, but you can change how your emails look like. You can also add some extra text.
The four types is just for illustrative purposes so you can see how they will look like.
If your WooCommerce emails look different, can you please check if you used another plugin to edit these templates?
You can read more about our editor here: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/293-setting-a-template-with-woocommerce-emails-customizer
I hope this clarifies a bit, but please let us know if you have any questions!
Hi there @klpiazza,
Thanks for reaching out and I apologize for the late response.
Please make sure that you’re using the MailPoet plan that was approved for your account. The key should start with 80d4497.

Hi there @wordmax,
Thanks for reaching out!
This is not possible with the MailPoet plugin out of the box. At the moment, you can only filter posts of a specific category or assigned a specific tag.
However, it might be possible with some custom code. If you need help with custom code, you can reach out to someone from Codeable: https://codeable.io (affiliate link).
You’re also welcome to add it as a suggestion here https://feedback.mailpoet.com
Our team will take it into account when discussing new features and improvements for the plugin 🙂
Enjoy the rest of your day and stay safe!
Hi there @mondendev,
Thanks for reaching out and I apologize for the late reply.
Can you please clarify why you need your forms’ data in an array? Maybe we can suggest a workaround that won’t need dev’s interference.
Looking forward to hearing back from you!
Hi there @drivingralle,
Thanks for reaching out and I apologize for the late reply.
Your report is 100% valid and I created a ticket for our developers to fix it, however, it doesn’t have an urgent priority since it’s only a notice and not an error.
We appreciate you letting us know about it! Please don’t hesitate to contact us back if you need further assistance.

Hi there @leeh1989,
Thanks for getting back to us!
I tried your form and got this error instead: “Sorry, but we couldn’t connect to the MailPoet server. Please refresh the web page and try again.”
Do you have any caching plugins/server-level caching? If so, please exclude the page where you have the form placed from the caching settings.Â
You can also add reCAPTCHA to your form: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/182-add-captcha-to-the-mailpoet-subscription-forms

Hi there @mmushing,
Thanks for reaching out!
MailPoet will still pick up the posts that were published when your Post Notification email has been disabled.
The workaround is not easy but feasible:
- to delete your Post Notification email;
- to publish your post;
- to re-create your Post Notification email only after you publish a post that you actually want to get sent.
I hope this clarifies a bit, but please let us know if you have any questions!
