Thanks for all your help. The host has been quite unhelpful and a bit evasive about what’s going on, so we’re dumping them for a better hosting company.
Thanks again, your plugin works fine. So, despite me telling them that you said there was no need for a CSR, that’s exactly what they sent me.
And they’re saying “You may now provide this to where you have purchased the SSL certificate, once it has been generated, kindly send us the zip file of the certificate so that we can install it for you.”
What do I do?
Thank you for that.
I’m still waiting for my hosting to get back to me.So as you suggested, I tried the RESET option and ran the SSL install form of WP Encryption, and installed it directly via cPanel.
Again, it worked fine for and hour or two – but THEN reverted as before – another error message from Chrome telling me the site is insecure.
Same as before, I went back into cPanel and the green locks were NOT showing on https://nezfit.com.au nor http://www.nezfit.com.au anymore.
I’ll try contacting my hosting again to see if there has been any progress their end.
Thanks for that, I have been in contact with our hosting, and they have said they will “provide you a copy of the CSR file and Server Software which you can provide to your SSL Provider where it is hosted”.
Hi again,
I’ve had a win! I was checking some other stuff during the purchase process, and changed an Order status from “On Hold” to “Processing”. This actually triggered the email to send again – and it had the invoice attached! I’ve tested it again with a couple of other dummy purchases, and it works.
I’ll leave this here to assist anyone else who is having a similar issue.
And thank you again for your assistance in this @rokasjan
Regards
I thought the issues were related because on the checkbox for “Disable Saving PDFs in Temp Directory” there’s note that says “Please note that attaching invoices to emails and generating invoices report zip will stop working, if you enable this checkbox.”
So I checked it, believing that the invoices would not attach to the emails while it was checked. And then, I could simply uncheck it, and everything would go back to working how it was (i.e. the invoices would attach to emails again).
Thank you for letting me know about the proposed fixes – can you give me a rough estimate on how soon before the new version is released?
We’re taking bookings for a conference that is likely to have around 250 attendees, so to collate all this information manually and send all the businesses their invoices will take some time…
I appreciate your help, on what is otherwise an AWESOME plugin!

In reply to: [Skirmish] Remove display of date on postsI’d like help with this too. I’d like to use that space on the left for my post, but I’d also like to have the date & author listed under the post title. Thanks!

In reply to: second nav bar in BrunelleschiI can only see how to add a custom menu as a widget – i.e. it will end up in the sidebar, or in the footer. But I want it to look like –
_________________________________
(primary Nav menu here)
_________________________________(Header Image here)
_________________________________
Secondary Nav menu here)
_________________________________Blog posts here ….
I’m sure it’s possible to do that, but I really have not much idea where to start. I don’t know much about css/html/php.
I would appreciate any help, thanks.
