Do other shortcodes work in widgets?
I am unsure how you have been doing this in the past; Jetpack, to my knowledge, hasn’t offered the sort of data you describe above. I’m not sure that I can provide an accurate answer for you.
What theme are you using? I don’t see anything like this happen on my sites.
That indicates new or updated Jetpack modules. It should only appear after you have upgraded Jetpack.
Create a new field in your form, in the form builder, and same it as a text field. After you insert the form into your page, look at the code and change the “type” of the field from text to subject.
It should look like:
[contact-field label="Subject" type="subject" required="true" /]Is this still an issue with Jetpack 1.8.3?
In the current version of Jetpack, there should be a delete icon on the custom service that will allow you to remove it, then you can re-add it with the proper settings.
This will be fixed in Jetpack 1.9.
This should be fixed in the new version of the iOS app or in a patch that is coming soon.
This should be corrected in the current version of Jetpack.
Please contact us at support@jetpack.me to resolve this. Thanks!
You can; when you create the contact form, there is a second tab at the top of the window. In that second tab you can set the subject and an optional To: address.
This issue should be resolved in Jetpack 1.8.3. Sorry for any inconvenience.
You should only be getting a popup from the comment form if you are trying to log in. Then a pop up, initiated by you, will come up to process the login (to WordPress.com, Facebook, or Twitter).
This is on our development list for a future update. Thanks for the feedback.
