Incidentally, I used to have a problem with the Google bandwidth limit error. I haven’t spent much time with this part of my site in a while, but it seemed to be resolved when I last looked at it, and this resolution came after changing one of the settings in GDE.
It’s been a while, so I might be incorrect about this, but I think it was the “check for errors before loading viewer” setting under the advanced tab.
I should have mentioned this a long time ago, and I apologize for not raising this issue sooner. However, I noticed some other folks have asked questions about that error, and I think that setting may be what resolved it for me.

Hey Kevin! Thanks for your reply! It’s fixed, but I see how my confusion arose. Let me explain, as I think there’s a little error in UI.
“Full Screen Behavior” appears beneath “Remove Toolbar.” When you click “Remove Toolbar,” “Full Screen Behavior” disappears (as do many options). This prevents you from selecting “Full Screen Behavior” when “Remove Toolbar” is selected. Does that make sense?
Also, it would be nice if all options are visible (e.g. Block Download), but greyed out when unavailable. There could be a little help box to mouse-over that could then provide instructions to unlock the specific feature. This would help users to better understand the full capabilities of GDE.
Again, thank you very much for your help, and thank you for making such a great plugin. I love it!

Clownguts, Frank,
I apologize in that I didn’t respond to both of you sooner! My email has been acting up and I didn’t receive a notification of your replies. I’m very sorry for my delay.
Thank you both for your input! That solves my dilemma, and that will make my life much, much easier!
Thank you again!
Tom
Nerdaryan,
Mark Jaquith posted a solution for the problem (http://wordpress.org/support/topic/you-do-not-have-sufficient-permissions-to-access-this-page-1/page/3?replies=94), and it seems to have solved the problem. It’s apparently been around for a while. I do believe Anspress triggered the issue, as it was the only unusual change I’ve made today. You might want to look at his php file (which worked for me) to see if it changes anything that might be triggered by Anspress.
It’s possible that something else might have triggered this, but I just don’t have a clue what else it could possibly be.
I hope this helps.
That didn’t work. Still getting “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”
I am confident that the issue is directly related to the installation of Anspress, as Anspress is the only recent change, and the issue arose while working with Anspress. That, and others have experienced similar issues.
How did you fix the issue for other users?
Thank you. Where would I go to enter the data you just provided?
I can no longer get into any WordPress Admin areas. I only receive the “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page” when I try.
Neraryan:
As I stated before: I have disabled ALL other plugins.
Clearly it has made a change to something beyond its own folder, as I have deleted the Anspress folder completely, and all other plugins are disabled.
If it hadn’t changed something, the error would have ceased.
How did you resolve the problem on other peoples’ sites?
Thank you.
Nerdaryan,
That does not fix the problem.
While logged in and in the admin section, I was able to remain there (but I was not able to get back there from another page, which was how I realized the existence of the problem while remaining in the admin section). This enabled me to actually properly uninstall the plugin. I did so, and the problem was not solved.
I tried reinstalling to look for changes the plugin made. No luck. So then I tried manually deleting the folder from my FTP. No luck.
I have tried disabling all plugins. No luck.
The problem seemed to appear after I changed the base page for Anspress. Is there anything that might have been changed in my database, wp-config (can’t find changes there), .htaccess (can’t find any changes there) or other files?
Thank you.
Nerdaryan,
Please post a fix here for this issue. Anspress has completely broken my WordPress install, and I now cannot access my wp-admin login page, or my site as a whole.
This thread indicates that it has been resolved. Please share the resolution with us and please implement it into the code of Anspress. It’s really not fair that we should download your plugin, only to break our installations. Even a free plugin should refrain from that.
