In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product Image Renaming IssueThank you! I tried those steps but it didn’t help. However we discovered that the issue was with a plugin called Converter for Media. It probably created the duplicates. I manually ran the refresh with the plugin and it fixed it all. Now just have to remove the duplicates and reassign the originals. Thank you for your help!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product Image Renaming IssueThank you! First of all we are not uploading new images but using the existing ones. Here’s a sample of the CSV for one product. As you can see, the product image path doesn’t have -1 noted but the system adds it automatically when importing the CSV.

Now that I uploaded the CSV, it didn’t maintain the image file name but automatically change it to -1 file that doesn’t work properly.

The only way (I know of) is to go to the product page in WooCommerce, change the image to the correct one and delete the -1 one that was created. The back end doesn’t even show the thumbnail of the -1 file (it shows broken).

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooPayments Multi-Currency Issue with WP-RocketHi Zubair, I’ve been messaging back and forth with WP-Rocket and they keep saying: “But just to make sure, I would recommend you to contact the WooPayments support to make sure to understand how the multi currency works and ask them also if this plugin is compatible with caching plugins such as WP Rocket.” The issue is with the banner. It shows up on every page including the front page for Canadian customers because WP-Rocket caches the banner. Not sure what to do except to stop using either WP-Rocket or WooPayments but the problem is we need both. I’m surprised that we would be the only one using WP-Rocket/WooPayments combo. Thanks for your help!
Hi Thomas, is it still the best option to use 1.0.38 rather than 2.0.4 for this reason? Our syncing with Square worked just fine until the latest updates. Now it complains “Products with multiple variation attributes cannot be synced with Square.” We didn’t add any attributes, just updated the plugin. We simply want the 1. Item name, 2. SKU, 3. Price and 4. Stock level synced. If it’s still the best option to use 1.0.38, please let me know.
