If you are using a theme or any plugins be sure to reset them to the default theme and deactivate all plugins. Somehow though it sounds like this issue is right from the initial installation. If you are using cPanel, you can see if you have a third party installer as Fantastico or Installatron. Many hosting providers will provide those free of charge.
If not, try uploading the files using FTP or file manager in cPanel.

Linux is the operating system of the server that will host your domain. Once you have hosting, many hosting companies provide easy installations of WordPress so check with them as well.

In reply to: Adding Theme Fatal ErrorGo into the themes folder via FTP and rename that theme folder. Once the theme is renamed it will force WordPress to revert to the default theme and then you can access the dashboard to restore your previous theme.
