I found the little bugger, it was hiding in style.min.css as Lisa suggested. Fixed and Solved, Thanks again!
I have tried better search replace to no avail. When I run the plugin, it says there are zero instances of http://simmshealth.com across all 50 tables. Any other ideas or work arounds?
