    1, Install the plugin “better search replace”.
    2. Disable all caching/optimization plugins.
    3. Using better-search-replace, search for http://simmshealth.com and replace with https://simmshealth.com in all tables. (make sure “dry run” is unchecked.)
    4. Re-enable your caching.
    5. Clear the caches.
    6. Rerun your padlock test.

    I have tried better search replace to no avail. When I run the plugin, it says there are zero instances of http://simmshealth.com across all 50 tables. Any other ideas or work arounds?

    -check header.php
    -check all areas where you have custom CSS
    -check themeoptions, page builders, inactive and active widget areas

    .header {
        padding: 55px 0;
        background-color: #ebe6db;
        background-image: url(http://simmshealth.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/05/SimmsLongLogo.png);
        background-repeat: no-repeat;
        background-position: center center;
    }

    Thank you to @sterndata and @contentiskey

    I found the little bugger, it was hiding in style.min.css as Lisa suggested. Fixed and Solved, Thanks again!
