In reply to: photos in media won’t rotateHi, Thank you, a smaller image did rotate when I tested it but a larger image didn’t. How do I find out what memory I have and how do I change that (also does that involve some kind of cost?)

In reply to: Login IssueYes, I suspect wordfence is stopping me getting back into my account or getting reset password links. No idea how to get round it as I don’t have an actual wordfence login, t was just uploaded as a plugin onto my account through the dashboard and I can’t login to my dashboard. Im getting lots of email notifications from wordfence but can’t get into my account.

In reply to: Login IssueThanks. I’ve contacted my host. He sent me a reset password link from his end as it wasn’t coming through when I did it. The reset link came into my inbox which is progresses but when I tried to reset the password it wouldn’t authorise me to do it. The host help guy then reset the password at his end and emailed me the new password.When I entered it I just got this message;

I did look at this article however the first few suggestions are not possible/not working and from the PHPadmin but downwords I just don’t understand it one bit. I can’t even find the PHPadmin on my host.It’s like reading a different language. Nomatter how many times I am reading these through I just don’t understand what to do
