Just upload the rest of the WP files (there will be a folder called wp-admin, wp-content, and wp-incluces and a bunch of php files) to the same place you uploaded the wp-config.php.

Have you tried Firefox or another browser? I tried and both and it comes right up. Have you tried clearing your cache? Is the URL I posted above the URL you’re going to?

and after you type in your name and password it says it can’t display the webpage?

Well, where exactly is it you want WP installed? If it’s here:

then upload the files there and install :o)

would be where you install which would create the tables in your database… but it doesn’t exist which means you don’t have the files uploaded to the correct area.

Oh wait… I’m an idiot. It’s “blog your whale story”. Well — there’s no files in that folder so…

What you describe happening before the posts came up missing shouldn’t have anything to do with with WordPress but if they’re gone, they’re gone, and as I said, just restore your database and all will be well :o)

Again, most likely a bot. Block it with your robots.txt if you don’t want it crawling your site.
