Hello @doppiej,
Thank you for contacting Elementor Support.
If the ‘Services’ menu you are using is a Page, then you need to edit the slug in Pages->Services.

Hello @woodson1975,
Thank you for contacting Elementor Support.
The Elementor Header & Footer plugin you are using is a 3rd party plugin and not developed by Elementor.
I would recommend you to contact the respective plugin support to get a fix for the issue.

Hello @welladell,
Thank you for contacting Elementor Support.
The functionality you re referring to is not possible using Elementor.
It will require custom coding/third-party plugins.

Hello @crimz,
Thank you for contacting Elementor support.
I checked your site and the fallback image is loading fast. But there is a split second for which you see the gray background.
This is because the browser need to download and load the image to the DOM.
Even if you use a small size image, it will always take a short delay than the loading of a text on the page.
This is a perfectly normal behavior.
What you can do is to change the background to a more appealing color as the background.
Another option you can try is to use optimization plugins to Preload the image.
Hope this helps.
Best Regards

Hello @chun0914,
Thank you for contacting Elementor Support.
It might be a conflict with your theme or plugins,
Please follow these steps, and let me know if it solved your issue:
– Deactivate all of your plugins except Elementor. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.
– switch your WordPress theme to WordPress TwentySixteen (or other default WordPress theme) temporarily – and see if it solves your error.
I hope this information helped you.
Hello @hayazze,
Thank you for sharing the screencast.
From the video you shared, it was noticed that the widget you are using ‘zc > price’ is not an Elementor Widget, but from a 3rd party plugin.
I would recommend you to contact the respective plugin support to further investigate the issue.
Please feel free to get back to us if you need assistance with any widgets from Elementor.
Best Regards.
Hello @simonqui,
Thank you for contacting Elementor Support.
I checked your site and noticed that you are using a 3rd party plugin to create the image and text.
Please try using the Elementor widgets and see if that helps.
Also, please verify if your backup devices meet the minimum requirements as mentioned this doc:

Hello @mikehende,
Thank you for the update. Happy to hear the issue is resolved.
Regarding the new query, you can add only 1 widget using the ‘+’ sign.
After that, you can simply drag the heading widget from the widget panel and drop it above the current heading.
Regarding the white space, this is usually caused when your section/container has more height than the image.
Please share a link to the page to further investigate the issue.
Best Regards.
