I checked your site and could not find any Elementor Widgets on the page link you shared.
Also, please note that Elementor does not have any widget name ‘Post Grid’. You are probably using the widget from a 3rd party plugin.
You can cross check the Elementor Widgets from this page: https://elementor.com/widgets/
You will need to contact the respective plugin support to fix the issue on the Post Grid widget.

Since the widgets are in different containers, it is not possible to automatically set equal height.
In this case, what you can do is, set a min height on all the containers which is equal to the height of the height container.
Alternatively, you can add all the pricing tables in a single container and all will take the equal height automatically.

Thank you for the clarification.
I was able to replicate the issue by following the steps you mentioned.
The issue has been reported to our developers.
For now, you can either uncheck the ‘Disable visual editor’ option in profile.
Or, you can slightly drag the tabs to make them clickable.

Sorry to hear the issue is still persistant.
I checked your site and noticed that you are running minification and caching on your site which might lead to such issues.
I would recommend you to clear the Cache and Minified files and deactivate the optimization plugins temporarily to solve the issue.
Please refer to this article for detailed troubleshooting for layout issues related to Elementor.

Currently we are having a lag issues on other browsers excluding Chrome, when using a lot of nested Elements.
As of now, we would recommend you to use the Chrome browser to have better performance.

This issue usually happens due to cache.
You may try clearing all the cache and check again.
Also, please note that the Elementor Header & Footer plugin is not developerd by Elementor and is a 3rd party plugin.
You will have to contact the respective plugin support to confirm if they have full compatibility with the latest version of Elementor.

The Tab cannot have custom URL and it can be used only to open/close the tab.
To achieve what you are looking for, will require custom coding and you may have to consult with a developer.

I understand that you are trying to add a link to the Column itself, to make the entire column clickable with the link provided.
Please note that such a feature is not available within Elementor.
The Wrapper Link you are referring to is probably coming from a third-party plugins and you will need to contact the respective support to further check the issue.
Alternatively, you can use the Container Feature in Elementor, which has an option to add link to the container.
But in this case, please make sure that you only add link to the container and not on any of the contents inside it or the layout will break due to invalid HTML structure.
