Hello @kristina03,
Thank you for contacting us.
It might be a conflict with your theme or plugins,
Please follow these steps, and let me know if it solved your issue:
– Deactivate all of your plugins except Elementor. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.
– switch your WordPress theme to WordPress TwentySixteen (or other default WordPress theme) temporarily – and see if it solves your error.
I hope this information helped you.
Hello @llregimbald,
Please try these methods and tell us if they helped:
Regenerate the CSS via Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS on your WordPress Dashboard.Go to Elementor > Settings on your WordPress dashboard, then Click the Advanced tab and then switch the CSS print method to Internal embedding.
Clear all cache: your browser’s cache, other plugins’ cache, server cache (if possible).
To rule out the possibility of a plugin conflict, please deactivate all your plugins (besides Elementor) and see if it helps. If it solves the issue, reactivate them one by one to find the culprit.
I hope this helps.
Hello @wakabayashi0827,
Thank you for contacting us.
Elementor and Hello Elementor are compatoble with each other and should be working fine without any issues.
Please check our documentation on the Preview Error.

Hello @kristencheah,
Thank you for contacting us.
The issue you are facing is usually caused due to a conflict. Since no 3rd party plugins were installed other than WooCommerce and Elementor, the issue could be related to a theme conflcit or custom code conflict.
Please try re-installing the latest versions of Elementor, WooComerece and Astra theme.
Also, please try changing the Astra theme to a default TwentyTwenty3 theme or Hello Elementor Theme and check if the issue replicates.
Best Regards,

Hello @joycezyh,
Thank you for contacting us.
The request you have shared is coming from the Rank math SEO plugin.
Elementor does not create any third party requests unless it is added by a 3rd party plugin/theme.
I hope this helps.
