In reply to: [Elementor Website Builder - more than just a page builder] fatal errorHello @davidgimenez,
Thank you for contacting us.
The WooCommerce products cannot be deleted with an update from Elementor as Elementor does not have such capability.
You can check the trash and restore the products if they are available
The issue could be related to a plugin conflict.
Please follow these steps, and let me know if it solved your issue:
– Deactivate all of your plugins except Elementor. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.
– switch your WordPress theme to WordPress TwentySixteen (or other default WordPress theme) temporarily – and see if it solves your error.
I hope this information helped you.
Hi, I can see that it’s a bit of an old query, do you still require support regarding this topic?
If you could confirm if the issue was resolved with the latest version of Elementor, it would be helpull.
Best Regards.
Hello @onclick,
I can see that it’s a bit of an old query, do you still require support regarding this topic?
Could you please elaborate on the issue?

Hello @treibstoff,
Thank you for contacting us.
The decprecated error happens when a 3rd party Elementor addon plugin you are using has not updated the code support the latest versions of Elementor.
As per the error message you shared, one of the plugins you have installed is still using the ‘$control_id’ argument even though it was soft deprecated in 3.5 version.
Soft deprecation is done so that developers can change their plugin codes accordingly.
Please try deactivating all the plugins except Elementor and try activating one at a time to find the one causing the issue.
I hope this helps.
Best Regards.
Hello @antotonydc,
Thank you for getting back to us.
Please try re-installing the Elementor plugin and use the latest version.
The translations does not affect the code/functionality of Elementor.
I hope this helps.
Best Regards
Hello @novopay,

Hello @fincover,
I understand you are using ‘ YoastSEO’ plugin, which is a third-party plugin.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide support or control of third-party plugins.
Please try contacting the author of your plugin, for extra guidance.Hello @indifes,
Please try these methods and tell us if they helped:
Regenerate the CSS via Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS on your WordPress Dashboard.Go to Elementor > Settings on your WordPress dashboard, then Click the Advanced tab and then switch the CSS print method to Internal embedding.
Clear all cache: your browser’s cache, other plugins’ cache, server cache (if possible).
To rule out the possibility of a plugin or theme conflict, please deactivate all your plugins (besides Elementor) and see if it helps. If it solves the issue, reactivate them one by one to find the culprit.
If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WordPress theme and see if it makes any difference.
Switch the CSS print method back after following these steps, regardless if it helped or not.
Hope those steps will help you, they go over the most common culprits for issues like yours.Hi,Since you are an Elementor Pro user, you can open a support ticket at my.elementor.com
