I was able to delete the plugin from the file manager.
I hope you can do the same, and I hope that the plugin author can upload a new version of this plugin.
I have imported from blogger to wp.org via wp.com in the past but now get the same message as above.
The site “http://wordpress.com” has not been registered.
Seems like something has changed at the blogger / google end.
I’ve got plenty of other things to be getting on with so will try again in a week !

Have had the same issue attempting import to .org and .com
Shame, as it worked so well before. Presumably something has changed on the google side.
Have tried unsuccessfully a couple of work arounds including saving the output from RSS at a txt file, and looked at plugins but nothing seems to be suitable.
Would love it if the automated import could be fixed.
