Have you first installed WordPress through one-click installation app on Qnap? If yes, then it will not ask for the FTP login details. You can install another WordPress on a subdomains and map it to your domain’s subfolder. WordPress only asks FTP details if you are uploading the zip/exe installation file manually to your server.

I tried to disable all other plugins, and then it worked, but when I use it with W3 Total Cache premium edition, it fails to work.
