    We suspect this issue could be linked to the custom roles you’ve established. Could you please assign a standard rôle like Admin to some users ? On your staging site, I’ve configured ‘Verified Member’ so that Admins receive the verified badge. This will help us determine whether the problem is associated with the creation of a custom role.

    Thank you for granting us access to your site.

    It seems indeed the verify badge is not displayed in the personnal timeline. Be sure we’ll solve this in the next update. In the meantime, I suggest you to hide the Verified Badge in Profile Fullname in the Profile Settings of Verified Member.

    Concerning the badge that is not displayed in the general timeline for members, I tried several steps to understand the issue, but it seems they solved it. Can you please confirm me this issue is solved from your side as well? In case you’re still facing this issue, please come back to us.

    Hi @josecn,

    Can you please create a new admin user for us, so we can investigate ? We can’t reproduce this on a brand new demo with only BuddyBoss platform and BuddyBoss platform pro activated. You can send the credentials to support[a]themosaurus.com.

    border-radius:0.5rem;

    Can you please uncheck the “Display Verified Badge in Profile Fullname” setting in Dashboard > Settings > BuddyPress > Verified Members > Activities Settings ? This should temporarily solve the issue.

    Can you please uncheck the Display in Messages in Verified Member settings? It should hide the badge and solve temporarily this issue.

    BuddyBoss integrates Pusher in the private messages. However, Verified Member plugin is not yet compatible with this new feature. Be sure this has been added to our to do list.

    It is indeed possible, but you need custom development to do it. Note that a developper should be able to help you achieve this.

    Anyway, if other members mark their interest, we’ll think of the best way to develop this feature. 🙂

    We tested our plugin on a fresh installation with just BuddyBoss platform, BuddyBoss Pro and BuddyBoss theme: it seems all is working fine, we can see the badges on all browsers. Can you please deactivate all third party plugin to see if this issue still occurs please?

    In case deactivating all third party plugins solve this issue, I suggest you to activate them one by one to find the culprit.

    In case you’re still facing this issue, can you please allow us access to your WP Admin so we can investigate? You can send us the credentials by email at support[a]themosaurus.com

    Concerning the double badges, can you please uncheck the “Display Verified Badge in Profile Fullname” setting in Dashboard > Settings > BuddyPress > Verified Members > Activities Settings ? This should temporarily solve the issue until next update.
