Concerning your second issue, it is often related with cache plugin. Do you have a performance plugin installed ? Can you please deactivate it to check if you’re still facing this issue ?

I disable all the plugins.
Except “Buddyboss, buddyboss pro, memebers and verified members” and still have the issue.

Can you please create a new admin user for us, so we can investigate ? We can’t reproduce this on a brand new demo with only BuddyBoss platform and BuddyBoss platform pro activated. You can send the credentials to support[a]themosaurus.com.

It seems indeed the verify badge is not displayed in the personnal timeline. Be sure we’ll solve this in the next update. In the meantime, I suggest you to hide the Verified Badge in Profile Fullname in the Profile Settings of Verified Member.
Concerning the badge that is not displayed in the general timeline for members, I tried several steps to understand the issue, but it seems they solved it. Can you please confirm me this issue is solved from your side as well? In case you’re still facing this issue, please come back to us.

Yes, in the staging site, looks that it solve but in the principal site still not appear in some members.

I check again in test site, and still some users doesn’t show the verified icon in the news feed.

We suspect this issue could be linked to the custom roles you’ve established. Could you please assign a standard rôle like Admin to some users ? On your staging site, I’ve configured ‘Verified Member’ so that Admins receive the verified badge. This will help us determine whether the problem is associated with the creation of a custom role.

And I find why the widget of members shows bad the verify icon.
Is an issue with the gamipress buddypress integration, when you enable that show the points of the users in the members, they also show the icon of the points in the widget.
But even if I put “display: none;” , the icon of the widget disappear, but the “space” still appear.

And do you find the issue why only some members not show the verify icon ? and why in the name of the users appears “<span class=”bp-verified-badge”></span>?

I’m afraid not. Did you try to switch the user rôle to check, like described in one of my previous replies?
Concerning the badge in html <span class=”bp-verified-badge”></span>, we found out what’s going on. It will be solved in our next update. 🙂
