Yes It’s possible, but we will fixed this thing using child theme, for this first of all create a child theme using the following plugin:

https://wordpress.org/plugins/orbisius-child-theme-creator/

then copy content.php file in newsup theme package and paste the child theme folder, then copy and paste below link code in content.php file in child theme.

Then go to your post and edit, In the post where you have to show moore then add read more tag and do not add read more tag in the post in which the entire content is to be shown
