To show mail icon, you can use fa fa-envelope in header widget two
To change the image, use the following css code as the additional custom css filed.
.ta-breadcrumb-section { background: url(http://lorempixel.com/output/sports-q-c-1600-400-2.jpg) repeat fixed center center !important; }You changed the URL of the image accordingly
