Två frågor:
1. Vilken version av WooCommerce kör du? Du bör uppdatera till senaste versionen om du inte har det.
2. Det verkar som att cURL inte är installerat på webbservern, det är ett paket som behövs till det mesta i WordPress (uppdateringar etc.). Be gärna din serverleverantör installera detta.Forum: Plugins

Kan det vara så att det nya cPanel-kontot har en annan PHP-version? Om du aktiverar WP_DEBUG på webbplatsen, får du några felmeddelanden då?

Which plugins have you tested? Since our module “takes over” the entire checkout it doesn’t work out of the box with some plugins relying on the regular checkout page.
We are currently running a beta programme with a new version of the module that works more like the native version of WooCommerce checkout. I think that it might work together with some of the plugins you have tested. Are you interested in participating in such a programme?
Regarding your previous contact I can only find a ticket a year ago where we did not receive a response from you on our last reply. Is there another ticket that you have not received a response for? Would be great for me to know so I can follow up on that note.

I see.
So the answer that you got here:
“When selecting specific countries in the settings …. ” should work because Svea Checkout is using the same settings as the usual checkout.
That is, under WooCommerce > Settings. You can set which countries to sell to and those will be the countries the visitor has the opportunity to choose in the dropdown.
If only one country is selected, the select-box should disappear and it should be predefined.Best regards

Common reasons for missing orders are that you have a maintenance plugin running, or that the site is missing SSL certificate. Could any of these be the reason why you are experiencing issues?

We’re sorry to hear that you are experiencing some issues. Unfortunately it’s hard to tell exactly why you are having these problems from the files you sent. There are several components that might affect functionality.
We can see that you are using a noticeable amount of plugins. Have you installed any new ones recently?
Does the problem apply to several orders or only one (1)?
Have you been in contact with Svea and asked for more info about the order?We also noticed that you have received 401 errors in the log, which is not common and indicates that there has been an error with the information to Svea. Svea should be able to look further into this.
We also notices that you run an older version of PHP (7.1), you should run PHP 7.4 or 8.0.Hope this helps.

The checkout is supposed to redirect to the thank you page after a purchase has gone through. What page do you go to at this point?

Waiting for payment does not affect PA’s order status. You should be able to change from processing to waiting for payment, change order lines and change back to processing without affecting the order status in PA.
Please check if there is anything else on your site that could affect your order statuses.
