In reply to: [Svea Checkout for WooCommerce] Cancel ordersHi!
If an order is canceled in WooCommerce, it will be reflected in PA. Changes to PA will also be synced to WooCommerce as long as the order is not shipped.

Hi!
You can edit order lines today, but whether it is reflected towards Svea depends on the order status set in Svea. For example, a refund will only work if the order is completed and sent. Otherwise you should edit the order via the order status “Awaiting payment”.
This functionality will work in the same way in the upcoming version.Best regards,

In reply to: [Svea Checkout for WooCommerce] card payment not working in prod environmentHi!
This is something that’s related to the Svea Checkout iframe and not our plugin. I would suggest that you forward this message to your contact person at Svea and have them look at it.
Thanks in advance!
Hi again,
We have been working on a 2.0-version of the module for a while now and have just entered the beta stage. The new version integrates even more closely with WooCommerce, requiring only a single checkout page and processing the orders using WooCommerce standard functionality.
I think that the new version would solve this issue for you.
Would you be interested in participating in the beta program? If you do, please send an e-mail to:
sco-beta@thegeneration.seAnd we’ll send you further instructions.
Hi Rasmus!
Unfortunately we can not run that hook. This is because Svea checkout creates the order already when you visit the checkout. This is something WooCommerce does not do by default.
Best regards
Hi Darshana,
Perfect. This should do the trick!
Thank you!
Hi!
There is nothing that will affect any VAT settings in our extension. It is only WooCommerce that controls how it should be presented on the thank you page and in the email. My guess is that there is something in your Tax toggle that creates this behavior.
I’m sorry that I don’t have any great workarounds for you.
Best,
Hi!
The woocommerce_tax_display_cart filter is never used in Svea checkout. Does this behavior only appear when you use Svea Checkout or when trying other means of payment as well?
Best,
Hi!
No, VAT on a separate line is not a functionality of our plugin.

In reply to: [Svea Checkout for WooCommerce] Svea Checkout with discount codeHi!
This has to do with how WooCommerce works. When a discount code is used, the price of all goods is adjusted and it is not a new line with a minus amount. This is for tax technical reasons.
Best regards
Hi!
Thank you for contacting us!
There’s no way for us to change the way prices are presented in Svea Payment Admin unfortunately. I would suggest you contact your Svea supervisor and ask them to implement this feature.
Best regards,
Hello,
It sounds like Post-SMTP has not been loaded correctly when WooCommerce tries to send the email. It is just right for you to continue the troubleshooting at Post-SMTP.
you could also try to disable it or change the SMTP plugin as an alternative solution.
Best regards
Hello,
The Svea plugin does not have its own “Waiting for Payment” status, so that’s WooCommerce’s status.
Could you please try to use the twentytwenty theme instead and disable all plugins (except WooCommerce and Svea Checkout) to see if the problem persists?
Best regards
Hello,
It sounds like something is not happening in the correct order. The normal outcome for the add-on is that an order gets the status “Awaiting payment” and then goes over to “Processing” where WooCommerce sends the email via the hook “woocommerce_order_status_pending_to_processing_notification”.
You should check so that nothing else disturbs this order in any way and prevents the email from being sent. And, you should also double check that the email goes out if you manually choose to send it when you edit the order.
Best regards
Hi!
The idea is that you work the other way around. You set the order as “Completed” in WooCommerce and then it will be marked as “Delivered” in PaymentAdmin.
Please let us know if you have any further questions.
Best regards
