Missing order and email | WordPress.org

I can see the order when logged in to sveas website. The orders do not show in woocommerce order list. We dont get any email either. Everything worked fine until 3 days ago when it stopped working. I dont know how to fix this.

More information:

The order status is “Under Payment” but you cant find it under woocoomerce orders.
If i use the url from an earlier order and change the id with the new orderid i get access to it in wordpress backend and can change the status to processing. When i change the status it will show up under woocommerce orders and an email will be sent to our order mailbox.

Hi,

Have you recently installed or updated any plugins? Do you have the option to disable these and see if it works as before again?
