I have removed the form from the right side bar
I created a new form
I placed the new form in the right sidebar ([si-contact-form form=’6′].)I did the same with the form that was on the contact page.
(removed the old form, created a (2nd) new form and placed the new form on the contact page.I renamed the webpages that were getting hit with the spam.
All that looks ok except for the home page. I’m still getting spam from just that 1 page.
To keep that from happening, I temporarily removed the form from the home page until I can come up with plan B since I can’t rename that page like I did the others.
All the other pages have the (new) form in the right sidebar.

In reply to: [Fast Secure Contact Form] Missing Labels on my formYou’re golden!!!
I’ve not had this problem in the past with any of my sites which is why I found this curious…
But ‘AHA’ I suspect (just now) it has to do with the font color I use in the WP theme (DUH…)
Regardless, thanks for keeping me sane.

Got it figured out…
Thanks!
GYeah, it was totally down over the past couple days.
STARTED to come back earlier but at least now I see my aweber forms.
Doesn’t mean it’s totally glued together but it’s a start.

In reply to: [Analyticator] Error 500 while authenticating with GoogleYeah. Won’t open anything. Figured it was a java problem.
I’ll look into it. Thanks.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Analyticator] Error 500 while authenticating with GoogleWhile I’m not getting an error, the ‘accept’ button on the request for permission screen is not hot. Nor is the the information (‘i’) link.
I was able to enable my analytics using my analytics account number in basic settings.I watched the video and it does look very straight forward.
Any advice?

In reply to: [Fast Secure Contact Form] Not receiving email from contact formOK Riddle me this…..
I have several clients and I use fscf on all of them
Client ‘a’ is version 3.1.8.1 (I know it’s back a ways) but works PERFECTLY! Form information is sent to my clients email address and it also being sent to me at my comcast address and a 2nd gmail address I have.
As a last resort:
-
I reverted my client ‘b’ to 3.1.8.1 version of fscf
I backed up client ‘a’ fscf form and
uploaded it to client ‘b’ fscf thinking ALL THINGS ARE NOW EQUAL.
Client ‘a’ is still working just fine sending form information to my 2 email addresses (comcast and gmail.)HOWEVER client ‘b’ (set up to send form information to my 2 email addresses) never arrives at my comcast address but arrives at my gmail just fine.
I really need to understand what’s happening here as my client ‘b’ ALSO has a comcast address and she is not receiving any form information. ALTHOUGH she and I both were getting emails at some point in the past (maybe before Christmas?)
Any help would be welcome. I’m looking a little foolish here.
http://www.constructioncopywriter.com fscf works just fine sending form information to comcast email address
http://www.npscolorado.com fscf fails – not sending form information to comcast email addresses.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Fast Secure Contact Form] Not receiving email from contact formSorry… I guess it would help if you knew the website name http://www.npscolorado.com.
I checked the ‘safe sender’ list and that’s all good there. I also added a 2nd comcast address to the contact list and that too never showed up.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Fast Secure Contact Form] Not receiving email from contact formI too am not receiving emails.
I’ve used the form for a long time without problems.
Sent an email to my (standard comcast email address) and to my gmail address. Nothing shows up in comcast, but gmail is fine.
Sent a test email from tools tab and nothing showed up either.

In reply to: [SendPress Newsletters] confirmation link not workingI tried working on this again myself to no avail. (ref issues above)
I guess all things considered,
- if the newsty could show up 1 time (vs twice) after they opt-in and
- if the field layout in the right sidebar could be corrected (it was perfect yesterday morning) then I’d be ok with that!
Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [SendPress Newsletters] confirmation link not workingIt works better… However the http://www.npscolorado.org/newsty is displayed after I fill out the form AND after I click the opt-in link in the email.
I thought via the settings that http://www.npscolorado.org/newsty would show up after they click the opt-in link in the email (Select the page a new subcriber will be redirected to after they click the confirmation link in the Double Opt-in Email). (vs twice)
Actually I MUCH prefer having a page (tbd) show up after filling out the form (telling them to look in their email etc….) vs having the message show up on the right side bar (where they could easily miss the information…)
I know my client won’t like having that same page (newsty) show up twice. She’ll probably have me pull the plugin.
Anyway, another issue is the layout of the form in the right sidebar. After you asked me to test it again, I refreshed the webpage and the fields are all catawampus. I deleted the widget and recreated it to no avail.
I guess all things considered, if the newsty could show up 1 time (after they opt-in) and if the field layout in the right sidebar could be corrected (it was good earlier) then I’d be ok with that!
Thanks for your timeliness!!!

Sign up form is on the right sidebar
Just deleted my information and started over again.Rec’d email to opt in.
I clicked the link
Was sent to http://npscolorado.org/sendpress/eyJpZCI6IjIiLCJsaXN0aWRzIjoiODg3LDg4NiwiLCJ2aWV3IjoiY29uZmlybSJ9
(page not found)
Instead of being sent to http://npscolorado.org/newsty/
On Settings page the confirmation page link works properly by going to custom thank you pageHow do I attach screen prints?

In reply to: [SendPress Newsletters] confirmation link not workingI’m lost… with the discussion above.
I created a custom ‘thank you’ page that I THOUGHT subscribers would be sent to after they opt-in.I entered the page name in redirect box under the double opt-in.
But after clicking the opt-in link I receive No Such Page.
I’m also not seeing me as an active subscriber.the page is there… I’m sure I’m missing something obvious
http://npscolorado.org/newsty/
Best…
