I have no idea. I set it up with them yesterday, before I installed WP. They sent me back the information for passwords, etc. I’m not the first person to run WP on their host but they didn’t have much help to offer when I asked about installing.
What is fopen?
It was already set to 766, just as the guide says. I checked the files I added as well as the default theme files.

Where would I find that? I’ve just gone back to the default theme again so it should be set up pretty standard.
