In reply to: [Storify] Fatal error upon activation@tcolmstead If you are working on a site you don’t have admin for, get someone who does have admin access.
Or, if you can’t access admin due to an error – go through FTP and remove the plugin. Then download the new version, fresh. Your web host should be able to give you FTP access if you don’t already know how to use that.

In reply to: [Rich Text Editor] Licence ProblemSame problem. Installed it today to try it for the first time. The developer link (here) is broken but the site link still works if anyone wants to try getting support there.

In reply to: [WebberZone Snippetz - Header, Body and Footer manager] Variables?Sorry, I got busy once I figured it out and forgot to come back here until today. I ended up just posting the date and link back to my site. Not much to be done about content scraping but at least I can let people know the source for text or images.

In reply to: Export Content from WP as Non-Admin?I think it could be important for multi-author sites. Hopefully someone picks up the idea.

In reply to: Export Content from WP as Non-Admin?I know that. I run my own sites and have moved them around myself. I was hoping I could do it myself without asking for her help.
Seems writers on the site should be able to do this, without the admin. In my case I could ask (I just would rather not) but other writers on WP sites may need to back up or save their content without admin co-operation.

In reply to: [Symbiostock - Sell Photos Online For Free!] Looked Very GoodThank you for your reply. Not many developers put the extra time into replying on the WP forum.
I’m still fuddling around with my images, creating a larger cache of them and deciding about watermarking, etc. As I’ve been working on all of this I have been wondering about all the extras like image theft, distribution, taxation (which you mentioned). It may be a lot more than I want to deal with.

In reply to: [Ads by datafeedr.com] Ads appear but don't link to URLI got a note back from the plugin developer. I don’t think it’s abandoned, just not a project they are focused on.
I’m still using this plugin and very happy with it. I even set it up to run my Adsense spots (in addition to my own ads from my sites). The new Adsense plugin from Google was far more of a headache to deal with.

In reply to: [Ads by datafeedr.com] Ads appear but don't link to URLI use the Yoast SEO for WordPress and don’t have a problem running this plugin. You might switch to avoid glitches with other plugins in the future.
I wouldn’t like that either. On top of not having screenshots and being told to visit an outside link for a video instead. I’ll try something else.

In reply to: [WP125] Please help on the theme templateYou don’t need an editor. To place the ads in a widget, post or page just copy the code (cut and paste) into the WordPress text editor (the same one you use to create a post, page or widget). For posts and pages choose the text editor versus the visual editor, then save it. Using the code lets you choose where to place the code if you want to have it in a post or page instead of keeping it as a widget in the sidebar or footer.
