The problem…I had maxed out my database allowance at my server. That probably doesn’t happen often, but you might add that to your list of suggestions for anyone else having this same error.

I asked a question at Theme Alley…they make my custom theme (which has been working fine for 16 months)
The site is hosted by Newtwork Solutions. I can ask them, too.
Still, any help from any source would be appreciated.

The first one didn’t work on several attempts. I know how to run Photoshop and Lightroom, but don’t have any background in all of this. I get the same message about he key not being valid.

I went to the link and generated that block of text and copied it to the clipboard.
I opened FTP and copied the config file to my hard drive, where I replaced that block of text with the copied info. I saved the file on my hard drive, then moved a copy of the file back to the folder at the server.
Now what? Does it sound like I did the above correctly?
