Hello. Thanks for the reply. Sorry for my delay, I’ve been on a job the last few days. Looks like the ticket # is #32431. I replied with what they needed on Thursday afternoon (Los Angeles time), and I’ve not heard back yet and now of course it is the weekend. Any assistance with this would be appreciated.
yes I was in the process of panicking and I forgot about that. So I did open a ticket. Thanks very much sorry about the panic post.

In reply to: [Easy Google Fonts] Easy Google Fonts is installed but not workingSame.
I’m a mac user. I also recently went SSL so I don’t know if that’s effecting things…

Ok
I’ve been using this plug-in for *several years* and I’ve never had this happen before this last update.
So where do I go to whitelist this IP
( you should be aware actually you can see if you look at the forums that I have had nonstop problems with this plug-in for the last several months and I’ve actually been extremely unhappy )
OK that worked. Thank you.
I’m happy to end it here but let’s be clear about something; I sent those messages DAYS ago and have been waiting for a response ever since. And I tried to make contact twice on Twitter and didn’t receive a response to those inquiries either. If ***ANY*** of my previous messages have been responded to I would never have made this post. I’ve been checking my mail and my junk mail folders for the past several days.
That said I will try the steps above and if I do have to make a third support ticket, hopefully I’ll get a response this time.
Thanks for replying @uriahs-victor. Just so we are clear this will be my THIRD TIME sending a support ticket to revive.social. I hope I actually receive a reply this time.
Well nice to know I’m not alone I guess? Lol
Sorry you’re having this problem as well. Have you contacted them? I’m extremely unimpressed that I’ve not received ANY kind of a reply as yet.

In reply to: [Editorial Calendar] No Unscheduled DraftsUPDATE: It found the two drafts I inputted after installing the plug in, but it doesn’t “see” the ones I did before the install.
Is this thing on? Is there still support for this plug in?

In reply to: [WPS Hide Login] Still have login attemptsThanks very much Angelalgibson! I shall give this a try 🙂
EDIT: Hmmmm…. I either missed a step or misunderstood or something because it’s not working for me thus far…
IF I do the steps listed above correctly, what should happen, exactly?

In reply to: [WPS Hide Login] Still have login attemptsOK… so this is what is happening with my site, but I do not know enough about programming/coding so I don’t entirely understand the fix. If someone can walk me through this I’d appreciate it. i’m starting to see an upswing of attempted logins again.

In reply to: [Automatic Post Tagger] Instruction Needed: Bulk Tagging Existing PostsI took another route, thanks.
Ah. I see.
Well I don’t know what else to say, I probably should’ve posted anything after I said it was broken LOL. But anyway I tried it again just now and it did it again just now. Turn plug-in on, links unhappy. Turn plug-in off, links happy.
I’m not sure I understand what you mean and I certainly do not understand why you put working in quotes. “Working” as in WORKING. When people visit the site and click the link, they get the intended page, not a 404 error.
Here’s the page
http://www.makeuptogo.com/disclosures/
Here’s the shortlink
http://www.makeuptogo.com/?p=7798
When I reported the plug-in was broken for me, I was sent to a link asking how-so, so I responded. But for me this issue is resolved, so I’m going to move on from here.
Howdy. I actually misspoke, sorry, I meant to say it messed with my SHORTLINKS not my Permalinks.
So I noticed some shortlinks not working before but what lead me to my post above was I noticed a wonky link via my RSS feed. I have a line in my posts that links to my Disclosures page and I when I clicked it it lead me to a 404 page. But if I typed in the full link it was fine. So that’s when I went through the task of trying each plug-in one by one and again it was the NextGen Gallery plug-in that was causing the problem. Everything has been working fine since I deactivated the plug-in.
