Could you please clarify what you mean by the session being destroyed?
The only reason a session would end, is if the visitor has had no activity on the site for an extended period of time.

Could you please clarify how the plugin is preventing you from logging in to your site?
The plugin shouldn’t have any relationship with your login at all.
Could we take a look at the url of your site? So we can help diagnose what the issue is.

Are you sure you reviewed the correct plugin?
The tawk.to messaging plugin is completely free to use, there are no fees at all.
The only thing we charge for is Live Answering (hired agents) services, and for custom Add-ons like Video Chat.

Which theme did you install? Maybe the theme added the tawk.to widget code somewhere?
We would never and have no access to install plugins on your behalf, the only thing we can think of is if the plugin was bundled with a theme you installed? Not that we have ever heard of this happening before though.
It should be able to be removed very easily if so, we would be happy to help you quickly rectify.

Login in to the WordPress Dashboard, then click “Settings” and then “Tawk.to”.
In the tawk.to plugin settings you can select “Exclude on specific url”, then place the url you want to exclude in there.

I’m sorry to hear you’re having an issue with the wordpress plugin.
There isn’t anything at all in the plugin that could cause the plugin to uninstall your other plugins. All the plugin does is allow you to easily select which widget you would like to add to the bottom of your site.

This is exactly how it is supposed to work.. The widget would not show if you have “hide widget on load” selected.
If you’re hiding the widget, then it is hidden.

An easy option could be to simply copy and paste the widget code in your footer.php file for the template, as opposed to using the wordpress plugin?
