tawk uninstalling my other plugins

    Hello

    I have been using tawk for a while now and it is a perfect plugin , until now i think it was the latest update . It unistalls my other plugins

    what can i do to solve . i aslo cant reinstall it . it says

    Installation failed: Download failed. cURL error 77: error setting certificate verify locations: CAfile: certificates/ca-bundle.crt CApath: none

    when i try to reinstall from wordpress admin

    Hi dale123,

    I’m sorry to hear you’re having an issue with the wordpress plugin.

    There isn’t anything at all in the plugin that could cause the plugin to uninstall your other plugins. All the plugin does is allow you to easily select which widget you would like to add to the bottom of your site.
