In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Holy privacy violation BatmanGood call, no, but why is it taking this info and putting it in the source? What’s the purpose?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Tax question (revisited)Thanks – cool, solved.
The section 12 link with the importable CSV (link here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/02/us_tax_rates.csv) was what I needed, thank you.
Thanks – aware of this issue and it’s resolved (it only happened for a few minutes today). The checkout issue existed when I posted about it last week though. Looking forward to your thoughts.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Not charging tax for a physical productThanks tijosh – and there’s NO way for this to be automated outside of a paid plugin?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Not charging tax for a physical productI consulted with my accountant. Is there a way to just specify that WooCommerce accept tax from all US states (nexuses) without using a third party tool like TaxJar?

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] In stock on backend, out of stock on FB…I did and it works now.
But how would they know that the item is out of stock if the inventory numbers aren’t syncing?

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] In stock on backend, out of stock on FB…I did it on WooCommerce. Not FB. Why doesn’t it sync? That can be a massive issue with inaccurate data and orders that can’t be fulfilled.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] In stock on backend, out of stock on FB…Looks like you’re right, thanks Marcus.
I made some changes on the backend now (WooCommerce needed to be updated also). I synced but I’m still getting the error that there’s an issue:
“The availability of this product is ‘in stock’ but its inventory is equal to 0. This is contradictory, please fix this in your data source.”
So I can’t sync this data at all? How we ensure there are no issues when doing fulfillment if the inventory doesn’t sync?
Hm weird, I’ll reply to him and see if I can get the bounceback detail.
Cloudflare has always been on the site – even before the 15th. I’m confused as to why this is happening and it’s an RSS feed, so why would it interfere?
My media files are on a completely different server that isn’t actually running cloudflare.
Any ideas?
I had it in the post but pulled it when Shawn replied earlier. I just emailed your support address.
Right but as I said earlier in my post, they were always visible in the RSS feed. They just aren’t showing up and haven’t been in Spotify and Apple.
Nothing has changed since last night and I’m uncertain how these troubleshooting steps understand the issue I already presented last night.
