Let me start answering question 4 as it is always easier to start with some good news 🙂
Swift Team fully understand the importance of a public roadmap and informing customers. Until now improving and further developing Swift Performance needed full attention. In the past months several updates have been released, but only in beta version and therefore not visible to the public. All known bugs have been made and the UI has been improved and easier to configure.
Swift Pro users always have access to beta versions, unlike the LITE users. Anyway, thanks for the feedback, it helps us to improve our product.Regarding to your other questions, there is no one fix tutorial that suits for all websites as there are thousands of different setups, themes, plugins and combinations. Without providing an URL of your website where you have some issues it’s impossible to help you here.

First of all I suggest to use Swift’s cloudflare integration instead 3rd party plugin, because it can cause issues.
Also is WP Cron disabled?

Hi,
The LOGGED_IN_COOKIE issue is a known issue, it has been fixed in the latest version, it will release within 1-2 weeks
Regarding the compatibility checker, the mysql is false positive, we are using an own function for some queries: Swift_Performance::mysql_query
Regarding safe mode warning it is legacy stuff, you can ignore it. (it will be removed in 2.0 as the minimum PHP requirement will be PHP 5.6)

I think it is merged in the combined js, so actually it is there but not inlined.
Also if you enabled Google Analytics Bypass it will remove Analytics code, because of the bypass (preventing duplicated tracking)

Swift is using the domain in the memcache keys, so it shouldn’t cause an issue (I couldn’t even reproduce it on test server), however as a quick fix you can use Disk + Rewrites, it will be also the fastest option, memcache is a fallback only if disk is not writable for the plugin for some reason

If you deactivate the plugin, and uncheck all boxes it will remove everything from db when you deactivate and uninstalled it.

It is a known issue, it happens when loopback is disabled on the server. It will be fixed in next update (within 1-2 weeks)
