I had a look at your page, and google_ad_client is blank. Did you upgrade from an earlier version that was working? I will check to make sure that the account ID’s get upgraded correctly.
In order to resolve, just edit your ad with your account id (something like ‘pub-xxxyyyzzz’), and it should be fine.

In reply to: [Plugin: Advertising Manager] Can’t choose the right widgetI just released v3.4.6, which changes the way that widgets work if you are using WP2.8 and above.
Now, you can add a widget multiple times, and select the ad that displays from the widget settings. I am going to spend some time on the documentation today so that this is clear.

Homika:I verified this issue – WP rewrote widget functionality in v2.8. I developed a fix today, but it needs a couple of more hour testing. A new version will be out tomorrow (Monday).

sadupa:Thanks for the message. It looks like WordPress rewrote the widget functionality in v2.8. I spent all day rewriting our widget functionality to work with v2.8, and it now works well. I am going to spend a few more hours tomorrow (Monday) before releasing. You will get a release Monday.

Can you verify that you have the latest version of Advertising Manager (v3.4.4)? Earlier versions of 3.4 had a problem with WP 2.8 that has been fixed.
If you get a blank screen when clicking the preview button, it could be that the ads that you are trying to display are no longer working. Can you verify by viewing the source of the preview screen page, and making sure that the ad code is present?

In reply to: [Plugin: Advertising Manager] Can’t choose the right widgetUnfortunately, an upgrade from Adsense Manager to Advertising Manager still needs the widgets to be placed back into place. Subsequent upgrades to Advertising Manager should preserve the widget settings.
To choose the widget, select ‘Ad: (name)’ widget. There will be a separate widget for each different ad name.

When editing a post, click on the ‘HTML’ tab, and you will see a dropdown called ‘Insert Ad’. Does the ad you are trying to display show here? What happens when you select your ad? In the HTML code where you selected your ad, does anything display?
