You should set the ‘WP_DEBUG’ constant to true in your wp-config.php file. After doing this, you will find the Debug tab under Settings. From there, you can enable the ‘Disable Extended Permissions’ option to hide it.

We add the new class ‘hidden’ when the notification bar is not visible. You can now use that class to check jQuery and apply CSS.
