Could you please try adding a small CSS offset based on the header height through the plugin’s Custom CSS field to adjust the scroll position?
Thanks!Hello @trentvora ,

Hello @trentvora,
I’ve tested the notification bar on the production site and it is currently visible and working as expected.
When the issue occurs and the bar disappears, could you please enable Debug mode from the plugin settings and review the browser console for any logs or errors? This may help identify the underlying cause.
Please let me know what you find.
Thanks!
Hello @cuantrix,
The “Back to Top” button can be accessed using the Tab key and activated with Enter or Space. If the focus is hard to see, it may seem unreachable. To improve focus visibility, add the CSS in the Extra CSS field on the plugin settings page.
#wpfront-scroll-top-container:focus,
#wpfront-scroll-top-container:focus-visible {
outline: 3px solid #000000;
outline-offset: 4px;
}
I hope it helps!Thanks!

In reply to: [WPFront Notification Bar] Extention removed but the bar is still visibleHello @koutchouk
If the bar remains visible after disabling and deleting the plugin, then it is not coming from the WPFront Notification Bar.
This usually happens due to the website cache or a notification bar added by the theme. Please clear your hosting cache and check the theme settings.
Thanks!

Please disable the bar from WPFront Notification Bar → Settings, save the changes, then deactivate the plugin.
After that, clear your browser cache and check the site in an incognito window.

In reply to: [WPFront Notification Bar] Additional button on barHello @asga04 ,
WPFront Notification Bar supports only one button in the plugin settings. However, you can add multiple buttons by switching the Message Text option to Code Mode, where you can use HTML to create custom links and styling for different buttons and colors.
I hope it helps!
Thanks!
