Can you try test with the ‘Theme Sticky Selector’ Option in Settings?
The Theme Sticky Selector is your Menu’s CSS Selector in your site’s HTML.

Can you please disable all of your site’s plugins except for WPFront Scroll Top to confirm and rule out any code conflicts on your site?
After disabling all other plugins, please test to see if the issue persists.
Also, please try changing the theme to rule out any theme conflicts.

Can you please disable all of your site’s plugins except for WPFront User Role Editor, to confirm and rule out any code conflicts on your site?
After disabling all other plugins, please do a test to see if the issue persists.
