Why is this? Every field is editable, except email? Just seems odd that it’s not even visible on edit section.

In reply to: [WP Google Review Slider] Bug / incompatibility when using Avada themeAnnoyingly no, it’s the standard blue screen with a basic “There has been a critical error on your website…” although I got no email which normally follows.
It may have been a glitch, because now I have just logged in, re-enabled the plugin and I can now edit pages with the plugin running. I’ll keep an eye on it and hopefully it won’t happen again. π

Does this option still work for you? I am after the same thing, but my thumbnails do not show. Just wondered if any updates had caused issues.

There have been emails back and forth for several weeks about this issue. It all goes quiet and I have to chase for an update again. Then out of the blue I am told to respond via my ticket, which was never there in the first place.
and have now been told to respond through my support ticket β which doesnβt exist.
You have to login to the site to create support tickets.
You will see the βMy Ticketsβ option under My Account dashboard after login. Create tickets from there.So I have to create a ticket and start the whole conversation again?
CSS Minification was the issue. Checked all the settings in Hummingbird and excluded anything related to um_.
I’m really sorry to say it, but I am in the same boat. I have had an issue for the last two months – emails going back and forward with no actual help in resolving the issue, which I have had to keep chasing them on, and have now been told to respond through my support ticket – which doesn’t exist.
So fed up with this – would expect better seeing as I have paid for a premium plugin.

Is there a specific reason for this? I have created a member directory specially for admins, so that they have a ‘front-end’ member management area to work in, rather than going into admin. It would be really helpful if they could edit email addresses within the profile form, rather than having to navigate out to the admin area and searching for the user all over again.
I am having a similar issue. I can see the email address on the profile form, but if I go to ‘Edit Profile’ I can’t see the email address field to edit it.

Turns out I was looking at the wrong table in the database!! The users table has dates showing of all zeros. I’m just going to run the import again and hope it works this time.

In reply to: [Heartbeat Control] Why does disabling not work?I’ve just come across this thread. I too am on Siteground and having huge issues with CPU spikes. It’s wasting so much of my time it’s ridiculous. I run websites with three different hosting companies and Siteground is the only one I have trouble with. I contacted their support so many times they temporarily stopped me from Live Chat for excessive use!! It’s only now that I have established several websites with them that I am reading a lot of negativity around their strict CPU rules. Anything more than a brochure site and you might as well forget it.
I am beginning to suspect that there is an issue their end and they are covering it up.
Probably time to move on I suppose.

Thanks for the info. Taking it one step further… users will be submitting their data on a front end page – is there a way to connect the submitted data on a front end form and create the connection between the two pods – bearing in mind the first pod is one submission and the second pod could be multiple submissions connected to the first pod?
