Did it? I’m surprised, I browsed through all elements that use Gravity from the front end (Wall of Tribute, Hall of Images and Testimonies).
We had Redis enabled, however it interfered with certain Gravity functions and prevented users from adding/editing entries by denying them access to forms.
I will try running that SQL and let you know how it goes.

In reply to: [Index WP MySQL For Speed] cron job?Hi, just jumping in on this one. Does the plugin let you know if the keys need to be re-converted?
I’ve submitted those, you might have two submissions as I forgot to add the screenshots on the first one
Hi Sabbir, quick question. Is it okay to delete the deactivated pro plugin version?
Thanks Sabbir, that’s now sorted.
🙂
Ok thanks

In reply to: [Newsletter - Send awesome emails from WordPress] Unable to save newslettersHi Stefano, whilst they are able to whitelist, the hosting company have come back to me with the following:
`Good afternoon Shelley,
I can see a rule that’s being triggered when you attempt to save the newsletter. Looking at what I can see it appears that it’s due to data being transmitted insecurely from what I can see. The rule that’s showing is in regards to this.
https://owasp.org/www-community/attacks/HTTP_Response_Splitting
I can whitelist the rule but I’d definitely recommend finding out why the plugin is triggering a rule like this as while possible it’s a false positive there’s every chance it’s not and data is being transmitted insecurely which isn’t recommended. Let me know how you’d like to proceed.
Kind regards,
MichaelTechnical Support Consultant – Specialist Hosting`
Should we be concerned about this or is whitelisting a safe resolution?

In reply to: [Newsletter - Send awesome emails from WordPress] Unable to save newslettersMy hosting company have come back to me:
Thanks for reaching out to us, Mod Security is something that the cPanels utilise to keep customer data and the servers themselves safe. It’s not something we can turn off for individual cPanels but if rules are being triggered and whitelisting them won’t cause security vulnerabilities for the whole server we are able to stop the rules triggering for your account.
If the app developer believes it’s a rule being triggered we can investigate it with you.
Which is the better option? Can it be whitelisted or should there be a setting within the plugin to disable autocreate?
