Hi @bowenjia,
I’m sorry to hear that you’re having an issue there.
If the Wholesale Price field is not showing on the product page, it’s possible that the value of wwp_options_registered_custom_roles on your /wp-admin/options.php contains the wrong value.
In order to verify and investigate the issue further, could you please submit a temporary admin credential to our support form below? Also please address the issue to me so I can pick up the ticket from our system.

Hi Phil,
Thanks for getting in touch with us!
The default setting of the Uncloak Link in the Link Options setting is set as Global(no). You need to manually set it to Yes if you want to uncloak the newly created affiliate link.
In addition, we do have the Select Category to Uncloak option on ThirstyAffiliates > Link Appearance, so you can easily uncloak multiple affiliate links based on the category that they are in.
I hope that this helps! Let me know if you have any further questions!

Hi @phamhuy86,
Thanks for getting in touch with us!
Unfortunately, we don’t have a feature to display product attributes under the Wholesale Price.
But I found this guide that might help you display the attributes on your product page: https://www.cloudways.com/blog/show-woocommerce-product-attributes/
Please make sure to have a backup of your site before making any changes.
Let me know if there’s anything else that I can assist you with!
Hi @memeworx,
Thanks for contacting us!
If all of your links from the Link Health Checker are showing error status, please check with your host if they allow the function we use called get_headers (a PHP function).
If your hosts block this type of request or maybe you have a plugin or firewall that prevents it from working, it could be the reason why all of your links are marked as ‘error’.
Also, please be aware that we’re not supposed to cater support inquiries to our PRO plugin here. Kindly contact us to our support form here and we’d be happy to assist you further! https://thirstyaffiliates.com/support/support-request-form

Hi @wolfman66,
I’m sorry to hear that you’re having incompatibility issue with the Link Fixer module and Beaver Builder editor.
The Link Fixer should automatically update any broken links on your posts/pages, especially when you make changes on the link settings.
However, if this conflict happens, I’m afraid that you’ll have to disable the Link Fixer module and manually update the links on your posts.
I could raise this issue to our developers but we can’t guarantee nor provide an ETA for the integration with Beaver Builder at the moment.
I apologize for any inconvenience. Let me know if there’s anything else that I can assist you with!

Hi @wpbloggerx1,
Thanks for contacting us!
Please be aware that the -2 slug that is added on your URL is most likely means that you have a file or an image which has the same file name as the slug used for your Affiliate Link.
You can check this on your WordPress Dashboard, under Media > Libary. Please note that this is the standard behavior of WordPress.
When the media attachment post gets created when the file is uploaded, it will give the slug to the media attachment post and if you try to use it again, it will add the “-2” to the link to avoid clashes in the slug.
To fix this, you can simply delete the media item first, then change the slug of your Affiliate Link, save it, then re-upload the media item again.
I hope this helps!
Hi @carolineelisa,
Thanks for contacting us!
A user must log in with the wholesale customer role to display/apply the wholesale price from our plugin. Other user roles will see the default regular price from WooComerce. Having multiple user roles is not recommended as it might cause confusion/conflict.
If you want to view the wholesale prices on the frontend, you will need to log in as a wholesale user.
An easier way to log in as a wholesale customer is by using a user-switching plugin like the User Switching plugin by John Blackbourn. This plugin lets you assume the identity of another user on the site and do handy things like placing orders for them in WooCommerce.
I hope that this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions!

Hi @rik0399,
May I know what name or email you’ve used to send the support inquiry? So I can check if your question has been already responded by our support team.
If you haven’t received a response yet, could you please re-send it again via our support form: https://thirstyaffiliates.com/support/support-request-form
I would also suggest trying doing basic debug such as disabling your other plugins and switching your theme to Twenty Nineteen to make sure that there is no conflicting plugin/theme that might cause this issue.
Thanks for your patience and I’m looking forward to your response.

Unfortunately, we don’t have an integration with WooCommerce Bookings. But you can test our free WooCommerce Wholesale Prices plugin to check if our functionality will work with them.
If you’re planning on upgrading to the premium version of our Wholesale Suite plugins, please be aware that we provide a 14-day refund policy so you can test and check the compatibility of the plugins.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions!
