In reply to: [License Manager for WooCommerce] Send License Key(s) Function is CrashingAlso, have an additional issue as well. When a customer buys two different products in the same order and the configuration for the inventory is set to Sold Individually, it cause the payment to be authorized then placed on Hold. Any solution? I have already made a forum for WooCommerce about this issue too.
Hello @luminus,
I do not have this option selected from the get-go. I have been able to sell things with no problem until now. I can sell single products without an issue but since the customer had added an additional product, it didn’t like that and put the payment on hold even though it came out of the customers’ account.

In reply to: [License Manager for WooCommerce] the licences keys section doesn’t apperHi,
I was told that if you want the My License Keys page to appear in your settings of the License Manager, Click the My License Keys page and then go to your permalinks and save changes. Refresh the page and see if the page appears.
Hey @arsalantariq
I ended up disabling the one type of key I am selling. I will choose a different gateway of payment. But I am still unable to get the license key to appear in the My Account tab. I disabled the theme and used the Default WordPress theme and still seems to not appear. I don’t have many plugins. All the other products do have that option for the Sell License Key option selected since they only are sold individually.

WPForms LiteI believe it is something to do with the formatting of the key that I am trying to sell. I have already sold another key that is a different format and it was sold and delivered no problem. I can try your suggestions but I believe it might not work. If no resolution I just won’t offer those keys on my website but offer it on another platform that I know works.

I have already updated my permalinks.
I had an order today actually that was able to send a key in the format of xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx no problem. The issue still remains on a product that can be sold as a group (i.e 5 keys at once), which I believe could be something to do with the format. The format of it goes like this, Username:Email:Password rather than previously mentioned. Attached is the Product License Manager tab. Also, I tried to sell this product today and it still hangs at the processing stage for WooCommerce.

So scratch what I had said about the email portion that seems to be working just fine. It’s the My Account page with the License Keys. When I go to that page there is no License Key. The status of the License Key in the table is Sold. Does it have to be Delivered for it to be available in the My Account section?.
