Hey Andreas!
1 – Thank you 🙂
2 – Will put on our request list. For now, if you have Google Analytics installed, you can pull a report to see how long visitors stay on your page. I would set some manual timers around that.
3 – We do not, but will add to request list.
Howdy. Can you share a screenshot of what you’re referring to?
Hey everyone.
There are two reasons why your subscribers aren’t being pushed to your Mailchimp list.
1) Your subscribers are not clicking the link in the confirmation e-mail sent to them by Mailchimp. SumoMe will not push the subscriber do your list unless they give permission.
You can read more here: http://help.sumome.com/faqs/i-see-my-subscribers-in-listbuilder-but-not-all-of-them-are-being-transferred-to-mailchimp/
2) Disable merge tags in Mailchimp, directions here: http://help.sumome.com/faqs/im-using-mailchimp-and-my-subscribers-arent-syncing-into-my-mailchimp-list/
We don’t support IExplorer
What’s the website?
Yes it is. Do it via the advanced form
Howdy,
Can you try again?
I believe our devs fixed the error.
Let me know if you’re still experiencing this bug.
Hey mate,
Happy to help but getting a “website suspended” error when accessing your e-mail.
Once you’re back up and running, happy to help.
Hey Julie,
If you do not have Listbuilder associated with a list or email marketing service, your subscribers will just see the “thank you” pop up and that’s it.
You’ll have to contact them manually to notify of new posts.
Howdy,
What’s your website URL so we can have a look?
Please make sure Smart Bar is activated.
