SumoMe Loads Asyncronously, so we yield to your site before we load. We load last so it may appear that your site is loading slower.
As for speedtests, we’re aware of the compression notices, but in truth the amount of compression its suggesting is relatively negligent. In fact how we do compress the images is designed to offer a better load experience overall when the images are used elsewhere. They also flag us for caching even though what they’re flagging are 100% dynamic URLS that cannot be cached 🙂

SumoMe is 100% Free. SumoMe as it was for a very long time, still remains to be Free. We have recently added paid upgrades, tools and features.
We definitely do not install a banner, If you are referring to the login badge, we do install a login badge to allow customers to access their SumoMe Panel. In its Free state you can move it to any of the 4 corners if you find the top right corner distracting. SumoMe runs with its banner visible on very high traffic websites without issue 🙂
You can definitely customize the email signup in Free. We offer an Advanced Custom Form and you can also add your own HTML to the default template. SumoMe ran in this state for a long time without issue 🙂 The base features of SumoMe are 100% FREE and offer incredible value.
Again, definitely appreciate your feedback, and I’m sorry SumoMe didn’t work out for you. I do hope you’ll give us a shot again in the future. I would say the thousands of websites that are using SumoMe with impressive conversions will definitely support that it is impressive and does a great job 🙂

I just processed your ticket today. I’m very sorry you had a bad experience, but I was unable to find any other ticket associated with your account? If you could give me the case number to it I’d love to track it down.
We definitely don’t advertise branding removal with the $10/MO hidden badge subscription. It removes just that, the badge. We state that clearly within our pricing page and when you pay to unlock it.
You cancelled your subscription successfully and it definitely displayed that to you. When you attempted to remove your CC, at the time, our system locked any cards to “Active” subscriptions, even Cancelled ones, because they were still “active” until the end of the billing period. You did this on April 1. We pushed the change to allow anyone who cancelled to also remove their cards on April 8.
Your account was and is successfully cancelled and you definitely won’t be re-billed.
