Yes, sure you can remove the plugin after the import is complete on your website!
Further, we only provide a few features like Pixabay integration in the Starter Templates plugin.
We do cover this point here.

You might need to redirect the Privacy Page URL to a 404 page that might resolve this issue.
There’s no feature on the Astra theme that might be causing this issue or redirection.

As per the screenshot shared, it seems the Image has been set to the background image on one of the sections.
If you are using Elementor you can give the following feature a try as well that might help.
You would simply need to use the search and replace feature of the old domain that should fix this issue.

Can you assign or create a Hompage and assign it from the WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Reading?
Further, do check there are two Services pages. One with /services/ and other is /services-2/
