As per Google guidelines, the itemReviewed is Required properties, and without itemReviewed fields, the site will display an error on the Rich Results Test site.
Further, you can set the itemReviewed type as per your site requirement from the drop-down menu.

If you are using the All In One Schema Rich Snippets plugin it adds the schema in MicroData format and which is visible in the front end.
We understand that you don’t like the content that gets displayed on your page/post. However, as per the strong recommendation of Google, MicroData should be clearly visible to the user.

It seems like the About page’s content has some margin values set for left and right.
Can you try checking the Blocks’ values to see if they are correct?

As a quick fix, We have excluded the block of WP Recipe Maker which solves this issue.
Further, this issue will be resolved for all dynamic block that uses server-side rendering in UAG 2.0 coming up soon early next month.
Our developers have pointed out that if required we can provide a filter to exclude blocks from display conditions to solve the issue.
