In reply to: [LDD Business Directory] Logo's not showing upFrom the looks of it this appears to be an issue on the two businesses with apostrophes in their business name. When uploading logos it uses the business name to assign a file name to the logo.
These apostrophes are causing problems with the way the file naming works. A quick fix while we look into how this can be corrected would be to remove the apostrophes from the business name, re-upload the logo and save the entry, and then go back and re-insert the apostrophes where appropriate.

There are supposed to be 3 tables that are created when the plugin is installed:
(prefix)_lddbusinessdirectory
(prefix)_lddbusinessdirectory_docs
(prefix)_lddbusinessdirectory_catsYou can look at what the table structures should be by examining the file lddbd_core.php.
Unfortunately we can’t find why the other 2 tables were not created as this is highly unusual. We will look into the problem to see what might have caused it.

Are they just not showing up entirely on your Directory Listings page?
What version of WordPress/this plugin are you using? Are any listings being inserted into the database tables for the plugin?
Please provide us as much information as possible so we can troubleshoot this.

1) You could remove
$attsfrom the functiondisplay_business_directory()in the lddbd_display.php file to remove the error message you’re getting.OR
2) You should be able to use

Would we be correct in assuming the issue you’re having is being able to search fields you’ve defined in the plugin you wrote?

Unfortunately at this time the ability to import listings is not an available feature of the LDD Business Directory.

In reply to: [LDD Business Directory] Glitch – Member self update removes catetoriesAfter more thorough testing we’ve located the source of the particular issue you’re having.
On the settings page for the plugin try turning on Allow User Categorization to correct this.
This glitch, it would seem, is caused by this setting being turned off. When a user saves their business profile after editing their details the lack of categories being listed apparently tells the system that no categories are assigned and it saves the business that way.
We’ll look into correcting this issue. For now turning that setting on will fix the problem.
