A quick fix while we work on trying to implement pagination would be to edit the lddbd_style.css file and comment out line 265 where the style ID is #lddbd_business_directory_body and the style element is max-height: 2000px !important;.
This will fix the issue as it is presently.
We apologize again for this inconvenience and we’ll continue working on improving this plugin!

Thank you for notifying us of problem text areas! That’s something we’ll certainly be working quickly to fix.
As to adding countries: what we would need to get them added would be the country name, any states/provinces/territories/etc. (if applicable to the country), and whether it uses postal code or postcode. Essentially whatever the address format for the country is.
If you’d like to add the countries yourself (we certainly wouldn’t mind at all!) just let us know how we can contact you to provide you the details on getting this done!

For the error could you provide the complete error message you are receiving when it occurs? It’ll allow us to more easily find, diagnose, and fix the problem.
To address the issue of the logos being the same for each of the businesses: this is due to the fact that the file names for the uploaded logos is, at present, tied to the login name entered (or not entered) for each business entry. Therefore if any entries share the same login (including a blank one) then they’ll have the same logo. This is something we’re looking into addressing for future versions. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause!
On adding Russia as a country: if you could provide an address/mailing format for Russia and a list of all (if there are any) states/provinces/territories/regions/etc.

For the display of the business contact this has been partially addressed. The contact name will be displayed on the business summary page right below the logo for the business. We’ll be working on making it appear in more relevant places as we are able though!

To address the issue with the form… We took a look at the page and what seems to be happening is that something – we can’t be sure exactly what – is turning the opacity of the form down to 10% (reflected in the inline style being being opacity 0.1).
This may be caused by something in the theme itself or a style added to the theme’s stylesheet. By default the opacity for the form is at 100%. Suffice it to say that something is messing up the opacity of the login form.
I can’t pinpoint the exact cause but I hope this information is helpful in tracking down the culprit.
There is presently no short code for any extra features but we can look into doing something like that in the future. We’re also putting a lot of consideration into having the listings be the default view rather than the category.
We’re still working out how we want all these things to be handled at the moment.

In reply to: [LDD Business Directory] Form doesn't show up properly after user loginDo you have a link to your website that you’re using the plugin on? Also, what theme are you using for your website? It’s a possibility it may be a theme issue. We’d like to take a look and see what it might be.
Please keep in mind that there are default form fields for the address format dependent on what country is chosen. If you could supply the country (or countries) you would like to have added to the list (and the postal format(s) for it as well!) we will get to adding it for future versions of the Business Directory.

To answer your question though: The differences between file names for logos and miscellaneous is determined by the username entered for an entry. If they’re all empty then they’ll all be generic file names such as _logo.jpg and such. It would also be the same if you entered in the same username for each entry i.e. username_logo.jpg
In this case, make sure each username is unique as well as ensuring that each entry contains a username.

In reply to: [LDD Business Directory] Submission page looks dauntingActually, all the fields on the Submit Listing form are optional. None of them are required if a person chooses not to enter information into any of them (yes, this even includes the Business Name).
The information someone chooses to share is completely up to them.
