In reply to: [LDD Business Directory] Customize Listing FieldsThey’re hardcoded into the display file (lddbd_display.php) so if you wanted them removed you would have to deleted them from there. Upon a plugin update, however, they would be added back in.

- Have you tried checking for a possible plugin conflict by deactivating all plugins then reactivating each one by one?
- What are your permalink settings?
- Is there any other content in your .htaccess file besides this line that may have rules that could produce this message?
- Does your error_log contain any recent messages related to this?
- What are the permissions set to on your plugins directory as well as for this plugin’s directory and the files contained within?
- Are you encountering any issues from other plugins that may use jQuery or some form of AJAX?
- Do the tables in your database match the structure specified in lddbd_core.php?
We apologize if this seems like an overwhelming list of things to check. However it is very important to check every possible item that could cause problems. Please let us know the results on each check and if you need any assistance just let us know and we’ll do our best to help.

What is the particular address (or the format for this address rather) you’re trying to have show up in Google Maps? Does it work when you search for this address using Google?

In reply to: [LDD Business Directory] Uploading files – glitchWe can look into adding thumbnails next to the filenames for sure! As for the photos being uploaded, is it through Files section of the Add/Edit Listing page?
That section is primarily for documents but we will take a look and see what may be happening and we’ll try to improve it so this section isn’t so confusing.

It may be a theme issue. What theme are you using? Also, do you have a link to your installation of the business directory so we may take a closer look and see what may be happening?

The “Page Not Found” occurs just after upload –and no file is seen in the plugin area either.

The positioning of the email window is handled by a jQuery function inside lddbd_scripts.js. We’ll look into correcting this problem.

This is not something that we had ever considered as a possible feature. We appreciate the suggestion and will look into the possibility of this in the future.
