@frichant, if you find a solution to this I would be very grateful if you could post the details here! I have been trying to work this exact same problem out myself.
I just can’t believe that what is such a seemingly very simple feature hasn’t been implemented as a standard option?
Especially as it doesn’t appear that we’re the only ones who need this functionality?I have contacted Photocrati vis my member’s area, but they have not yet offered a viable solution.
They have shown me how to do it via a Shortcode ([ngg_images gallery_ids=1 display_type=photocrati-nextgen_basic_thumbnails disable_pagination=1 images_per_page=1 show_all_in_lightbox=1]), but I need this to be the default behaviour for all album thumbs as I want to avoid shortcodes altogether. (Or more accurately avoid an end-user having to do so).

I’m a little reluctant to provide admin access as the site is one which I have produced for a client and is currently live (which is why I need to sort the issue).
A number have people have signed up for an event and so there is confidential information on there as well as the normal admin stuff. (It’s a site for christian singles).
Of course, I am NOT questioning your integrity or professionalism, it’s more a case of client confidentiality.
I have admin access though, so is there something specific I can investigate for you?
Are you suspecting a conflict with another plugin?
I’m sure if emails were not being sent in general you’d have been swamped with queries by now, so I assume it’s something peculiar to my set up, but I can’t see anything obvious and don’t believe I have done anything other than install the plugin?
Sorry to be a pain, but I’d like to get this sorted for my client and also as I would like to use this plugin on other sites I develop.

I’m very sorry for the delay in my reply, I have been very busy with all sorts of stuff. As the problem with the emails still remains, I thought I would send you a screenshot as suggested to see if you’re able to offer any assistance.

There were only 6 recipients of the email, but a few test ones (single recipients) haven’t gone through either.
Although I’ve created many sites using WP, I am not really familiar with CRON management as I’ve never had a reason before (to my knowledge) to mess about with it!
I’ve since noticed in the CampTix help file that ships with the plugin, it states:
Note that the e-mails will not be sent out straight away, but rather grouped into tasks, which are carried out using a cron schedule.
But they’re still marked as pending after 2 days! The trouble is, I’m not sure how to change or check what my cron settings are? Or how to alter them to send emails from the Camptix module straight away?
I created a test user using my own email address, and received the standard ‘username and password’ & ‘New user registration’ emails into my inbox within seconds, which shows email from the site/server is working ok.
I also enabled debugging as you suggested and sent a test email from the Camptix Ticketing plugin, but couldn’t see any debug output during the process?
I’m sure it must be something simple, but I’m just a bit surprised that no-one appears to be having the same issue?
If you have any other ideas for me i’d be very grateful.
I really appreciate your help with this!
