I’m hoping someone can help me with a problem I am having using Camptix Ticket plugin.
All seems to be well, but when I tried to email the attendees, the email said it was marked as “pending”.
This was yesterday. Today it is still showing in the history list as ‘pending’ but it hasn’t been sent. (Checked with one of the recipients).
I really need to notify all attendees as the event has been postponed, but cannot find a way to actually send the email!
Also, there doesn’t seem to be a way to see the content of previously sent emails? Is this the expected behaviour?
