Hi, ccnahub:
You’re the first to report the “var ajaxurl= … ” issue, and as far as I can tell, this particular code string has nothing to do with PLP. I always test active versions of PLP against the most current version of WP and the default Automattic theme. (Currently, it’s “2013.”)
Here’s the demo page pulled from that environment:
I suspect the issue you’re seeing is related to another plugin or some sort of theme conflict. Here are a few articles for your consideration:
:: http://codex.wordpress.org/AJAX_in_Plugins
:: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/ajaxurl-is-not-defined?replies=4Finally, you won’t have any trouble using PLP with responsive themes. (“2013” is, in fact, a responsive theme.)
Thanks for your interest in PLP.
Hi, Ate Up With Motor:
Thanks so much for your interest in PLP.
If you’d like to email us at info@studiohyperset.com, we can certainly discuss building a custom version of the plugin that will meet your requirements.
Hi, Aaron:
I’ve sent the files along. Apologies for any inconvenience you experienced.
WPyogi: thank you for the clarification. If anyone reading this thread needs help with the paid version of PLP (vs. the free one available via WP.org), please use the resources listed here (save the fourth):

In reply to: [WordPress Pagination Plugin: Page-Links Plus] Previous and NextI suspect your manually inserted “<!–nextpage–>” tags are causing the issue. Try either removing them or selecting “Ignore existing <!–nextpage–> tags?” in the auto pagination module.

In reply to: [WordPress Pagination Plugin: Page-Links Plus] Previous and NextOk, great. Now that we’ve narrowed the problem, can you confirm your theme’s using the wp_link_pages function (http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wp_link_pages)?
I manage a testing and staging environment with the default 2012 theme and no other plugins. I can’t recreate the problem there so I suspect this is either a theme issue or a plugin conflict.

In reply to: [WordPress Pagination Plugin: Page-Links Plus] Previous and NextHi, firelf:
First, thanks so much for your interest in PLP.
Second, I want to make sure I understand the scope of your issue.
You want “Next” and “Previous” to appear in your page lists, but they aren’t appearing? Is this correct?
Or are you having trouble styling these links?
Thanks for any clarification you can provide.
Hi, scarletcarnival:
You’re the first to report this particular error message. See if installing the beta files I emailed over fixes the issue.
If not, or if you haven’t received an email from SH, please email us at info [at] studiohypeset.com.
Thanks!
Hi, Ben:
I emailed the beta files to the email address you used during purchase. I’m glad you got them.
Thanks for your interest in PLP.
Thank you for alerting us to the “Contact Us” link issue. It’s been corrected.
Thanks also for your helpful suggestions re: version control. The reasons why we’re handling it this way are complicated and ultimately uninteresting.
However, we’ll be releasing new and improved versions of the core plugin and the modules soon. The bugs you experienced have been fixed, and many new features have been integrated.
Again, thanks for your interest in PLP.
Hi, mudante:
I’m sorry for the issues you’re having. If you’ll please email us (info at studiohyperset.com), we can address whatever install issues you’re facing.
Also, which “Contact Us” page is returning 404? I’ve just double checked several links (on the PLP website, in the modules), and I can’t find any broken links.
If you need it, here’s the main PLP contact page:

Keep us posted.
Hi, Ben:
I’ve mailed the beta files to the email addresses you used during purchase.
Apologies for the inconvenience and thanks for your interest in PLP.
Hi, elvinf:
There are a number of factors that could be contributing to this. I’m afraid I can’t really answer your question without a bit more detail.
I don’t think PLP is the problem, though. On first glance, this seems like a theme/style issue.
Very kind, elvinf, and thanks for your purchase.
Depending on your theme, you can control page number placement by moving the wp_link_pages (http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wp_link_pages) function in your theme files and/or by editing your stylesheet.
You could, for example, add a particular wrapper to your page links via Page-Links Plus, assign it a class, and float or absolutely position that class using CSS.
Thanks again for your interest in Page-Links Plus.
Hi, Elvin:
I’ve emailed new (beta) files to the email address you used during purchase. Please delete whatever plugin files are on your server and replace with the ones I sent you.
If you don’t see the files in your inbox, feel free to reach out to me at info [at] studiohyperset.com.
Thanks for your purchase.
